The Exhiw System has earned its reputation as the center of the worst criminal types. Its planet, a rancid and barely habitable world called Exhiwakiaw, is host to an unlikely urban sprawl full of drug-addicts, pirates, slavers, tweakers, thieves, and assassins. Many of these people are the ancestors of outlaws who worked during the rush to exploit the Ubbonex Sector's raw materials. Whether they are better off then their parents and grandparents is difficult to debate, but no one chooses to live there. To make matters worse, the eclectic groups of pirate gangs have incorporated stealth technology into everything from ships to the very castle station orbiting the planet, making it difficult for any outside government to secure the system and bring any sort of civilized order.
