Yalma System
Yalma is considered one of the most cosmically beautiful systems in the Exodian Sector. Its only planet, a gas giant named Shimatae, is home to extraordinary flying creatures upon which luxury resorts have been constructed. On the day side, a solar radiation field can reach the visible spectrum, creating spectacular iridescent auroras. On the night side, errant meteors from the system's asteroid field create beautiful fireworks as they burn up in Shimatae's upper atmosphere.

Near its core, the atmosphere of this gas giant condenses into oceans of acid. However, at higher altitudes, the atmosphere is breathable and supports a variety of life including docile creatures the size of islands, on which luxury resorts and vacation homes have been constructed. Vehicles can be launched from these resorts, allowing people to explore the colorful and varied gasses that mix and swirl in fascinating patterns.
