Xeotrah

Xeotrah system

The Xeotrah System is a thoroughly unappealing place to colonize by modern standards. However, orc historians claim that the rocky world of Xeotrah Prime was colonized solely on the prophesy of a Gurg'm Noujesh Space Shaman. According to the legend, the shaman claimed that his tribe would find a system where three streaks of blue fire would cross, there they would settle to inhospitable land and unite all orcs into one tribe. While those three streaks of blue fire would turn out to be off-gassing ice comets, the rest came true, and Xeotrah Prime serves as the seat of power for the Gor Adukk Ma, uniting not just the orc tribes, but attracting people of all races. The system also has a small volcanic world orbiting close to the star. Since the recent promotion of Supa Commander Urja m'Souk, the Urchagom station in orbit of Xeotrah Prime was renamed in honor of her tribe.

Xeotrah Prime city serves as the capital of the Gor Adukk Ma, but also as a museum of orcish culture. Its scarlet sky fills residents and visitors with the same bloodlust as the orcs who settled the planet felt. However, today it also represents the modern military bureaucracy of its government. Featured prominently in its skyline is the High Command Council Building where the Supa Tribes meet to discuss territory, politics, and war. Nearby an enormous arena hosts a variety of professional combatants who compete for civilian admiration and naval commissions in barely-civilized bloodsports. Massive housing complexes are stacked precariously into the ruby clouds while ornate manors of the tribal elite cling to granite towers.
