The Foft system is a dumping ground for waste from throughout the Fjotmor Sector. Its second planet, Holneutov, while technically habitable, was ignored for its lack of natural resources. Since then, garbage transports have left their payloads in decaying orbits around the planet. This has resulted in vast debris fields with solar orbits of their own, as well as persisting radiation fields caused by the accumulation of glimmer waste. There are reports that colonies of exodians have cropped up on the surface, although no anthropologists have been willing to visit to learn more.
